Duncan robbed at Elycht Fair
(Previously: Angus Og)
Duncan, like his father, appears to have engaged in cattle dealing, and from the record of a meeting of the Privy Council held in Edinburgh on the 11th December, 1600, it appears that at the Fair of Elcyht (Alyth ?), on the 1st of November, 1599, he was robbed by a certain Oliver Ogilvy and others of twenty-six cows and four hundred silver marks. Duncan died without male issue but left several daughters.
