Thanks to email correspondent Peter Castine for this one. I had a
solution I wasn't too happy about (E, R, M, O, E, V: "Remove")
because it depended on "milt" which isn't a very common word --
the dictionary lists it as either a variant of "melt" or the secretion of
the male reproductive glands of fish, used in breeding. Peter came
to my rescue, suggesting "K" where I had "M" (E, R, K,
O, E, V: "Revoke") which is better because KILT and KIND are
more common words, and "Revoke" is a good synonym of
"Cancel".
